How do I get started?
Complete the registration form and you'll receive a submission confirmation via email address provided.
How long is the application and approval process?
The application is quick and easy to complete. Approvals take between 2-4 business days. Once you submit your application, keep an eye out for an email from Pepperjam Network requesting that you click on a code to verify your application submission and email address. After the final review process, you’ll receive acceptance emails from both Pepperjam Network and Baseline Nutritionals.
How is the purchase of a Baseline Nutritionals product tracked by my website visitor?
A personal health affiliate ID number (Source Identification Number) is automatically assigned to you and tracks every one of your website visitors’ transactions at Baseline Nutritionals.
For example, you tell your colleague or friend about a Baseline Nutritionals' banner you are promoting on your website. When they click on that banner (or other creative link) and buy from us, your health affiliate SID tracks this and recognizes that you are the referring site.
What kind of banners and marketing options are available for a new affiliate?

Refund Method
The credit card companies mandate that we can only refund by the method of payment used to make the purchase. In other words if you used a particular credit card, your refund will go back to that card only. Please do not request that we use another credit card, or ask for cash or a check. They will only accept the refund transaction on the credit card that was used to make the purchase in the first place.
The shipping method is FedEx ground within the 50 states for regular delivery and US Postal Service (USPS) for all international shipping (including Canada). Orders placed before 6 PM ET are processed the same day and shipped out the next business day. Orders placed after 6 PM ET are processed the next business day, and shipped the following business day. For example, if an order comes in on Thursday after 6:00 PM ET, it will be processed on Friday, then shipped on Monday.
Second Day Air (US only): Remember your order is processed one day, then shipped the following business day - see above. This service ships on business days only. If you place an order on Wednesday before 6:00 PM Eastern time, your order is processed on Wednesday, then shipped the following business day, which is Thursday. Two business days later, the package will arrive on Monday.
Countries we cannot ship to at this time:
Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Nigeria, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland will not accept a package of herbal products from the U.S. at this time.
Specific products that cannot ship to specific countries at this time. If you buy the product despite the warning you will be responsible for any loss due to customs seizing and destroying the products.
Canada: In some cases, Canadian orders, even with allowed products, have taken up to 8 weeks to clear customs
