Refund Method
The credit card companies mandate that we can only refund by the method of payment used to make the purchase. In other words if you used a particular credit card, your refund will go back to that card only. Please do not request that we use another credit card, or ask for cash or a check. They will only accept the refund transaction on the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
Payment Method
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). We do not accept checks, money orders or PayPal.

We respect your right to privacy. Therefore, we do not sell any names or any information to a mailing list, or third party. We only use your information to help us process your orders and better serve you.

This information allows you to log-in for convenient online buying. You have access to your information and can change your personal information including your user name and password.

Our website uses Secure Sockets Layering (SSL) to encrypt your personal information, including your credit card number, before it travels over the Internet. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure online transactions. Because we use SSL, placing an order online at our website is just as safe as giving your credit card number over the phone. Furthermore, we do not store credit card numbers in our system for added security measures.
SHIPPING POLICY
The shipping method is FedEx ground within the 50 states for regular delivery and US Postal Service (USPS) for all international shipping (including Canada). Orders placed before 6 PM ET are processed the same day and shipped out the next business day. Orders placed after 6 PM ET are processed the next business day, and shipped the following business day. For example, if an order comes in on Thursday after 6:00 PM ET, it will be processed on Friday, and then shipped on Monday.
Second Day Air (US only): Remember your order is processed one day, then shipped the following business day - see above. This service ships on business days only. If you place an order on Wednesday before 6:00 PM ET, your order is processed on Wednesday, then shipped the following business day, which is Thursday. Two business days later, and the package will arrive on Monday.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Instead of offsetting shipping and handling fees by increasing product costs, we have chosen to keep our product costs as low as possible and have our shipping fees reflect our actual costs. Unlike companies that ship relatively inexpensive products, our actual raw cost for premium formulations is so high that we cannot afford to ship without paying for tracking, in case shipments are lost in transit. Therefore, we have chosen a simple three tier shipping fee that accurately reflects our shipping AND labor costs for fulfillment.
Although this might appear expensive if you buy just one bottle of product, it accurately reflects the fact that the labor involved is virtually identical for small or large orders, and that FedEx and USPS charge the bulk of their fees for the first pound being shipped. Conversely, the larger your order, the better that shipping fee becomes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Attention UK Customers:
At the request of British customs, we must put the full value of the products on all packages being shipped to the United Kingdom. British customs are well aware of our pricing structure; if the proper value is not shown on the package, it may be returned to us. Please note that this full value is used for the calculation of the V.A.T. (value added tax).
Countries we cannot ship to at this time:
The countries of Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Nigeria, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland will not accept a package of herbal products from the U.S. at this time.
