Because all of the ingredients in the Superfood go through minimal processing and exposure to heat, they qualify as raw. Understand, ingredients such as the chlorella are no longer technically living as they have had their cell walls broken for digestibility. But the process used for breaking down the chlorella is mechanical (sound vibration in water), not heat based.
Can I use Jon Barron's Private Reserve Superfood™ as a replacement for the multi-vitamin I now take? I also take Jon's Probiotic Formula daily, as well as his Digestive Enzymes with each meal.

I am a bodybuilder and take L-carnitine frequently to rebuild muscles. Does Ever Young™ work similar to carnitine bodybuilding health supplements?
Although, beneficial for bodybuilders, this is actually a very different supplement than carnitine based formulas. And although one of the ingredients, acetyl-l-carnitine is closely related to L-carnitine, Ever Young's™ primary role is to slow cellular aging. As a side note, because Ever Young™ is so useful in protecting your body's protein, athletes and bodybuilders have reported greatly accelerated recovery times.
I am under 30, can I still benefit from an anti-aging health supplement such as Ever Young™?
Yes, your body's assault on its own protein goes on daily and any age. Every Young™ can help protect against that protein degradation. Ultimate Antioxidant™ FAQs
What is the ORAC value (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) of Ultimate Antioxidant™?
The ORAC value for Ultimate Antioxidant™ has not been calculated (nor has it actually been calculated for the vast majority of products that claim high ORAC numbers). There is only one company authorized by the USDA to calculate ORAC values, Brunswick Laboratories, and they've calculated ORAC values for only a handful of products. That said, it's important to understand that raw ORAC numbers are only marginally indicative of the antioxidant properties of a particular formula. Among other things, the numbers only identify the activity of antioxidants vis-a-vis just a couple of free radicals -- far, far from the full spectrum of free radicals that attack the body. Also, the numbers are test-tube-based, which means there is no guaranteed connection between ORAC numbers and their actual effect in the body. And maybe most important of all, your body can only utilize 3,000-5,000 ORAC a day. Anything beyond that is passed out in the urine. Ultra high ORAC supplements end up in your urine. Could Ultimate Antioxidant™ be used in place of a multivitamin?
There are no appreciable levels of most vitamins or minerals in Ultimate Antioxidant™. It's an antioxidant formula, not a multivitamin formula. Correspondingly, a multivitamin pill with a dash of added antioxidants will not replace the need for a dedicated antioxidant formula such as Ultimate Antioxidant™.
