If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, just return the opened and unopened portions of the order and we will promptly and cheerfully refund the full purchase price of those products. Refund Method
Reminder: Returns will not be processed after 30 days from date of delivery. An RMA is needed. Once the product is received with the proper authorization a full refund is given (less shipping and handling.)
No refunds will be issued for product that was "thrown away". Credit is issued back to the original credit card used for the purchase. We cannot refund to an alternate credit card. No refunds are given by check.
The shipping method is FedEx ground within the 50 states for regular delivery and US Postal Service (USPS) for all international shipping (including Canada). Orders placed before 6 PM ET are processed the same day and shipped out the next business day. Orders placed after 6 PM ET are processed the next business day, and shipped the following business day. For example, if an order comes in on Thursday after 6:00 PM ET, it will be processed on Friday, then shipped on Monday.
Second Day Air (US only): Remember your order is processed one day, then shipped the following business day - see above. This service ships on business days only. If you place an order on Wednesday before 6:00 PM Eastern time, your order is processed on Wednesday, then shipped the following business day, which is Thursday. Two business days later, the package will arrive on Monday.
Countries we cannot ship to at this time:
Some include: Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Nigeria, Portugal, South Africa, Spain and Switzerland. Many countries will not accept a package of herbal products from the U.S. at this time.

Specific products cannot ship to specific countries at this time. If you buy the product despite the warning, you will be responsible for any loss due to customs seizing and destroying the products.
International delivery times can vary quite a bit, sometimes as much as 2-4 weeks, though typically packages arrive around 10 days to 2 weeks after ordering.
All International orders are shipped via USPS.
